• Protect & maintain our gains
• Establish IEP coordinator position & SpEd committee
• Streamline seamless communication protocol with SoAs
• Extend daytime S-rating to Per-session
• Continue eliminating redundant paperwork
• Remote instruction from home
• Improve the Monthly supervisory Remote/In-person meetings ratio to 75%/25%
• Make Remote/hybrid/in-person structure permanent
• Continue securing funding for Chapter events, mixers, & conferences
• Ensure timely resourcing of Instructional technology.
• Limit whole-program PD day to one per year (September only)
• Continuing growth in member engagement, collegial well-being, and support.
• Resourcing of designated site with copiers, refrigeration, water coolers
• Improve spacing, and acoustic needs of remote instruction
